[Anyone who decides to go to this cave? May end up finding one very frustrated student council member. Never mind that he's lost, he's been ending up with random enemy encounters, enough to tire him out faster than he liked. That, and no matter how many times he uses Tsubaki explosion, for some reason it never seems as strong as he remembered.

[One of those enemies seems to have randomly taken damage! What the heck?

...Oh, nope, just kidding, now it's totally going after that Steam Gunner who seems to have been shooting at it from the edge of her range. Still, she seems calm enough about this, continuing to shoot at the enemy even as it approaches her.

Are you going to let her get away with this flagrant kill stealing, Tsubaki-?!]

[Rather than that, he's more worried about not getting dogpiled by the ones left behind. He appreciates the help definitely, especially when he tries to knock down the nearest foe.]

You there! Be careful about these monsters!

[...Just who does this guy think he is, with a line like that? It isn't like she's got a death wish. Her voice is flat, but loud enough to project.]

[Which is why she will just keep shooting at the enemy, eventually unleashing a special attack in an attempt to kill it before it can reach her.]

[It's weird how her body moves on its own to complete the move, but the attack is useful at least. The monster goes down.]

[What was with that response? Still, he doesn't say anything yet, trying to defeat the remaining foes. Luckily, with at least one gone, it was more manageable. Soon enough, he's taking down one more, though it was obvious that he was getting tired already. Being in there for hours without rest does that.]

Tch. Did he take on too much-?

[Against her better judgement, she steps closer to get a good shot, carefully aiming so the bullet flies safely past Tsubaki to hit the monster instead. He's attracted the monster's aggro far more than she has, leaving her free to continue shooting from a distance and providing backup.]

[One of the monsters closer to her senses her presence and is quick to turn back, deciding to target her instead. Tsubaki, meanwhile, is trying to hold back the one that came after the monster she shot, seeing as it was trying to overwhelm him.]

[Damn. She doesn't particularly want to see anybody die here, but she does need to watch her own skin. She'll switch targets over to the one approaching her, calmly firing at it much like she did with the first. She's quicker to use her special, however.]

Thorn Shot!

[That's more than enough. As for the last two, he quickly knocks them down, waiting until they disappear before he turns to her.]

Are you all right?

[She stands and nods, not really moving any closer.]

I'm fine. I didn't take any damage.

[Good.] I apologize. I wasn't expecting them to change target so fast.

I must have accidentally drawn their aggro. But I expected at least one might come after me, so it's not really a big deal.

Their aggro? [Guess who hasn't actually had a chance to understand everything just yet?]

That's right. Like in most MMORPGs - when you get a monster's attention.

[OKAY THAT WAS TOO CLOSE, and Tsubaki quickly uprights himself before he could lose his footing completely from the surprise, before he whirls around to look at her.]

[And as he says that, he changes stances again, aware that soon enough the might encounter some more enemies.]

[ and he's aware of the growing danger, too, which is why he cocks his gun again experimentally. ] It's bit of a mouthful, so I'd prefer 'Aphrodi'.

[Unfortunately, nicknames aren't his thing, so he'll be skipping the familiarity.]

Very well, Afuro. I should at least commend you for your skills with that weapon, though it's normally against student policy to bring a weapon like that.

Hardly, but I don't intend to use it if I can help it. My fists are more than enough for these monsters. [Never mind that he lets Kiri bring around knives and shurikens without even reprimanding him. What is that double-standard, Tsubaki?] As I've mentioned though, this isn't school grounds, so I won't stop you from being that along.
