Fattening Corpse's Weed Eater

[Anyone who decides to go to this cave? May end up finding one very frustrated student council member. Never mind that he's lost, he's been ending up with random enemy encounters, enough to tire him out faster than he liked. That, and no matter how many times he uses Tsubaki explosion, for some reason it never seems as strong as he remembered.

And who the hell designed this place?!]

Just where is the exit of this place?!

[OOC: Sob I hope I am doing this right.]

It was a simulation. One of the new Virtual Reality MMOs that use the Amusphere.

[She speaks with a tone that indicates she doesn't expect him to know it. Nobody else around here seems to, anyway.]

It's a piece of headgear that can be used to play virtual reality games. It transmits signals directly to your brain while blocking the signals to your outside senses, giving you a feeling of existing within the game.

The original technology was released a few years ago. There were some... problems with the first model, but ever since the Amusphere came out, more VRMMOs have been released.

[Sigh.]

Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online.

Right. It felt real, but it was still just a virtual world.

...

There was a log out option. But there's no such thing here, or at least, not one that I've found.

If it was around, it would be somewhere on the menu. The closest thing to that is the Relic, but even after checking all of the options I haven't seen any sign of it.

Wherever it is, I don't think it's accessible. People would have found it by now if that were the case.

[She shakes her head.]

So basically, if we want to find the option to log out, we have to find it in a specific location? That doesn't make sense. When it comes to online games, logout options are supposed to be easily accessible. If it weren't, people might miss out on important real-life events just because they couldn't get out of the game.

It functions exactly like an online game, besides the fact that it seems to pull people from-- [...Argh, she still can't say it that casually.] ...From different worlds.

If the rule says we aren't allowed to get out, then why would they bother to leave in an option to log out?

I think if there's a way out, it will probably be tied to an event. Not just finding the log out button, but achieving some kind of goal.

If they did, it would have to be a very obscure area. One nobody thinks to visit.

[...Though she does at least seem to be considering his words now.]
