Different mechanics, different rules. Just like how all books have variations, video games are much the same way. There wouldn't be so many different kinds if they were all the same, right?

[And he's quick on his guard at that, surveying his surroundings for potential enemies. Were they being followed?] Let's be more careful. We can't be sure what's lurking here.

[ advancing forward! ] Keep your weapon close.
