[As always, Kirino's out and about.... and not particularly doing much, it seems. He's just wandering from the looks of it, then pulling out his relic every now and then to take a look.

Eventually, he sits down against a wall, staring up at the sky in thought. Who wants to bother him?]

[Well, Taiyou did mention that Kirino is here as well but it still makes him happy to see that familiar head of pink hair.]

[That voice...! Kirino snaps to attention almost immediately and springs up.]

Shindou, hey! [Kirino jogs over to Shindou, smiling.] You have no idea how glad I am to see you.

[He's smiling widely too because having someone from your world here just isn't the same as having your best friend here.]

So am I! I'm glad I managed to find you.

[If Kirino were the type to flail, he'd be flailing so very much right now.

But he's not. So no flailing here.]

I didn't even know you were here, honestly. [He opens his mouth again to speak, but he's at a loss for words. Here, just. Have a hug.]

[And Shindou hugs back, even patting Kirino's shoulder once or twice.]

I met a boy named Taiyou and he mentioned that he's seen you around. So I was hoping I'd eventually bump into you.

Oh, you met Taiyou?

[Kirino hums softly in thought.] Have you seen anyone else from the team? I ran into Kariya, but he went off on his own again.

I saw Tenma a while back. [His smile widens.] So Kariya's here too? That's great.

Once we track both of them down, it might be in our best interest to stick together. Strength in numbers and all. And that especially applies here.

That might be a good idea! If only we had some way to contact each other though.

Now that you mention it... [And cue Kirino digging out his relic!]

There's no actual messaging on this thing, but we should still probably exchange member addresses anyway...

[Shindou pulls out his relic too.]

This? I was wondering what it was for.

[He turns it over in his hand to examine it.]

So how do we exchange addresses?

It's really simple. All you have to do is hold it up like this. [Kirino holds his up.]

[Shindou mimics Kirino and holds up his relic. There's a pause and then suddenly Kirino's name appears on the screen.]

That's it?

That's pretty cool actually. I kind of wish our technology at home was that convenient.

[he'd just come back from farming items to sell when he spots Kirino. A little detour didn't hurt anyone, so he's just going to walk over and say hi!]

Hey! Ranmaru!

[Kirino tears his attention from the sky, then waves at Takeshi.] Hi there.

What's up? [so, you know, it worries him a little that a kid is sitting down and just staring off into space.] Something wrong? Are you hurt? Did you get PKed? [he looks super concerned at the last one.]

Huh? Oh, no! Just kind of lost in thought. [He chuckles a bit.] Taking a rest and looking at the sky and whatnot. I've been walking around just short of all day.

Oh! Okay. [he is relieved though! can't let jerks get to the kids after all.] That's understandable.

[there's a beat, and then he points at the empty spot next to kirino.] May I?

Thanks! [aaand takeshi flops down and stretches his legs in front of him.]

I've been running around all day, too, haha! [he brings out his Relic, fiddles with it for a bit, takes something out of his inventory and hands it to kirino.] Here! I've got lots of Health Drinks to spare from today's adventure, so you can have this.

Oh, thanks! [Kirino smiles and puts away the Health Drink for the time being.]

Have you been exploring the areas, too?

Not yet. I've been trying to get used to the whole being-in-a-video-game thing.

Then you should go out exploring! There are areas with low-level monsters, so I'm sure you can solo those maps. You'd get used to the system here pretty fast that way.

And if you want, I can invite you to a party the next time I go to an area or a dungeon.

[Kirino's expression brightens up at the last part.] That sounds like it'd be great, thanks!

[ +1 floating prettyboy, man. he's suddenly there, looking down on you with a bored expression. ]

Why do you people look up while you think? It's not as though the answer will write itself across the sky.

... Where did this guy even come from?! Kirino's shock doesn't show on his face for very long, however.] Maybe not, but it's a nice view nonetheless. It's marginally better than staring at other people anyway.

[ taking this literally, he looks up experimentally. then looks down again. ] It's but the sky. It's everywhere. It's what any fool can see with their necks craned. Just what is 'nice' about it?

[Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird-- it's a plane-- no, it's just Marth, being tall and blocking out some of the twilight.]

Ah, you're-- [His face lights up slightly, having previously looked a little too serious for such a laid-back town--]

There was this group of angry-looking guys running after me - but we'll hear them if they take that alley. All that armour makes a lot of noise after all!
