[ If you're out and about on the fields today, it's quite plausible that you'll encounter both Kirito and Celica partying up and level grinding together. While they do look like they're doing pretty well, on closer inspection it should be rather obvious that they were both new to the game. Regardless, nearing the end of the day, their movements should be a little smoother than before -- that is, if fatigue hadn't taken them yet.

In any case, they do spend most of their day leveling -- however, that isn't to say they won't be taking any breaks. Every so often they can be found by the river resting up. Catch them sometime in the evening, and you may even find Kirito dozing off. ]

( Joint post with elucidator! Order will go you → Kirito → Celica. Feel free to catch them when they're on their multitudes of breaks, or when they're defeating mobs to give them advice or to join up. )

[ finishing up the monster he had been hacking away at, he pauses before regarding the newcomer. his eyes go between Celica and the stranger, before resting on the latter. ]

... What do you mean by that?

[Despite Kirito still fighting the monster, Celica actually turns over to look at the newcomer as soon as she hears him call out.] Um...

[Once her party member's all done, she exchanges the look with him before looking back at Prometheus.]

Really...?

[his grin widens once their attention is on him]

You can kill as many of these things [he makes a wide gesture with his free hand] as you want, but that's not really going to help much. [a pause, before he laughs it's unsettling] Or not. This place, this place likes to play around more than we do. Can you believe it?

Well, it doesn't matter how many you kill. It's about finishing the area. Everything else? Just collateral damage.

[ while Kirito raises his brow at the laugh, the person seemed harmless enough to pass it off. ]

By finishing the area, you mean by defeating the boss, right? [ well, at least it wasn't a complete waste of time...?! seeing as there were drops and everything. . . ]

[My, what an unsettling laugh indeed-- Celica pouts a bit. Well that news kind of sucks.]

Ah... that's too bad... but at least we were able to get some things out of it, I suppose. [And if fighting the boss is what's needed to clear the area, at least they got those drops to prepare...?!]

[to Kirito;] Well, we aren't in a 'collect all the fragments' field, are we?

Need a hand? Make this a little more well-rounded than just a close range fighter and a spell-caster.

Haven't seen any of them around, so probably not.

[ before he answers his next question however, Kirito takes a few moments to regard the other person more carefully. ]

Things have been going pretty smoothly so far, but if you want to join us, feel free. [ a beat. ] What's your class, anyway?

I wouldn't mind you joining us either! The more the merrier, right?

[Or so how it goes and all.]

[he spins the scythe in his hands expertly (it's not just The World assisting him, it's his own skills swinging this thing without getting hurt)]

Flick Reaper. So that'll be a mid-range defensive fighter. Keep the little lady over here safe from any curious [bugs] stragglers looking for an easier target.

[elucidator]

... That's new. [ in regards to hearing his class -- and it's more of a comment to himself, too. he'll watch Prometheus's display for a little, before turning to scan the area. ]

Did you want to lead? [ talking to the newcomer. ]

[Meanwhile, Celica is just watching the display in awe, clearly impressed. That was pretty cool...!]
