[Near the Chaos Gate in Mac Anu is a tall young woman who is dressed as a Twin Blade. She is presently inspecting her Relic, but soon enough, her attention is caught by the numbers of people who are passing her by.

Quistis waves her hand in the air, hoping to catch their attention.]

Excuse me. Where is this place? Clearly, I’m nowhere near Balamb Garden.

I believe that if this were a new mission, I would know more about it and what it involves, but I’m actually at a loss. So, if you don’t mind, an explanation would be helpful and very much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it's called Mac Anu. Where it is exactly, I don't really know. It's probably far from your Balamb Garden, too. [the kid with the super-large sword strapped to his back smiles apologetically. it's really all he knows.]

[Quistis is still inspecting her Relic, and she's just found how to access the map.]

I'm sorry, but I've never been here before. I assumed this was a new assignment, but I guess that it's not.

[She takes a look around, while briefly mulling things over. The fact that she most likely is far from home is troublesome at best.]

Why are we here?

So can people come and go from this place?

[That seems strange, because she didn't think it would really be that simple.]

Yes... in a way. I'm not sure how I left in the first place. But that isn't really helpful, is it?

I just remember arriving here before an important match in my world. My stay here was short, but it was enough for me to explore and get used to The World's system, and then... The strange thing is, when I returned home, I don't think I remembered anything about this place at all.

I see. So this is not a SeeD mission. I thought it was strange, of course. If someone had requested SeeD's services, I would know more about what was required.

If having fun is all that is required, then things should be simple.

The number of people who have told me that just keeps increasing, and it's starting to get alarming.

But never mind that... Look at it this way: it's an entirely new world.
