An object's properties and behavior are very easily defined.

Humans, on the other hand, are never completely alike. Each is fundamentally different from one another.

Still, they are all similar in how they want their opinions to matter! Observing them without giving them the chance to react makes it seem as if they have got no say in the matter.

And if they are never aware that they are being watched, what then? I have yet to see any human react to something they have no knowledge of.
