Perhaps I'm approaching it wrong? Are you some sort of gunman then?

That's right. I'm a Steam Gunner.

I have... experience with using guns in a similar place, so it wasn't hard for me to pick up.

I see. I have had allies who were also skilled in wielding that weapon. It does come in quite handy, doesn't it?

Are you quicker to attack with it though? I imagine it must be difficult carrying it around.

It's much easier to use than the one I'm used to. It's not too hard to point and shoot once you figure out how to aim. But in exchange, it doesn't have the same firepower.

I see. That certainly makes sense, though I suppose that means it's not as good in quality as the one you had?

They're completely different in terms of use, but I think this bayonet is still weak in comparison. Then again, the gun I had before was a very rare find, so that's to be expected.

Like I said, I was in a place similar to this before. You found items by exploring and defeating monsters. I accidentally fell into an area with a very high leveled monster, but I was able to take it down, so my prize was a rare gun.

That must have been a difficult position you ended up in. I am glad that you came out of there intact.

It was mostly tedious. I barely had enough range with my weapon at the time to hit the monster without it being able to reach me, so I wasn't harmed at all during the fight itself. I had expected to run into a horrible monster and die quickly, but I was lucky enough to not only defeat the creature, but also get a valuable weapon in return.

[Oh. Right.]

Of course, since it was a place like this, I wouldn't have died permanently even if I hadn't been so fortunate.
